Before you make a booking these things should be considered .
When booking an appointment you are making a contractual agreement with Clarity Carpet Cleaning. The contact states that you (the customer) will be at your property at the time you state. Not an hour later. You agree that you will pay the full estimated price for the clean and that you will stick to the amount of items (rooms) you want cleaning.
Preparing for a clean.
When we come to clean your carpets we need to see as much carpet as possible. The more we can see , the more we can clean. This usually means that rooms need to be emptied. We understand that furniture is some times very heavy and can not be moved. This is ok. Some furniture is difficult to get of of the room. This is ok as it can be moved around the room during the clean. (as long as it's not too heavy)
Health & Safety.
During the clean it's important that you, your animals , your children stay out of the rooms being cleaned. While the process is taking place we use sprays and chemicals to extract dirt, soils , spots, stains and anything else what is in the carpet / upholstery. We will not be held responsible for any health related issues due to a child , dog , or yourselves being in the room. We reserve the right to cancel any appointment we don't feel is safe to be working in.
Dry Times
Dry times can vary on every clean. Mainly because the amount of water varies to the amount of dirt there is in the carpet. If a carpet is heavily soiled then this would require more water. Which mean the item will take longer to dry.
Service agreement:
Although Clarity Carpet Cleaning will always do their best to clean/remove all stains, this is NOT always possible. Some stains will damage fabrics/ fibers permanently. This means that they are not removable. We will not be held responsible for this.
Cancellation period:
Cancellation must be made before 24 hours of your appointment. Failure to do this will result in the following charges. 24 hours or less - Half rate. 12 hours or less Full rate.
